Introduction:The ZGH vertical high-speed mixer consists of a bottom feed blade and a high-speed debris blade. The feed blade paddle continuously feeds the bottom material along the wall of the barrel.The high-speed broken blade paddle completely breaks up the material sent from the blade paddle, so that the material circulates to form a swirl shape, and the purpose of mixing the materials uniformly is achieved in a short time. 
ZGH vertical high-speed mixer is a high-speed and high-efficiency mixing equipment specially developed for the mixing of powder materials. It solves the problem that the food, pharmaceutical and other industries have uniformly mixed various powder raw materials into wet materials for a long time and mixed unevenly. There are many clumps, and the finished products have the problem of color difference and different composition content.Structural features, its main features are as follows: 
1. Due to the centrifugal force, the bottom feeding blade of the ZGH vertical high-speed mixer feeds the bottom material continuously along the cylinder wall, and the upper material falls downward from the center, so that the material circulates to form a spiral shape. 2. The high-speed scraper blade paddle completely breaks up the block material sent by the feed blade paddle. 3. Due to the rotation of the above two kinds of blade propellers, the material can be uniformly mixed in a short time, and the mixing speed and the uniform speed are unachievable by various domestic mixers, and the boring intermediate particles are not mixed after mixing.
