IntroductionMulti-layer belt hot air circulation dryer is a continuous drying equipment of batch production.Widely used for flakes, strips, granular materials with better permeability, especially for dehydrated vegetables and Chinese medicine pieces with high water content but does not allow high temperature;Heat source can be gas, coal, steam, biomass, oil, electricity and so on.Working principle
Vegetable or fruit or other material is sent by conveyor to feeding inlet and continuously spread evenly to the upper transmission belt , upper belt forwards through heating section and transfers to the second layer belt …… Finally dried material is discharged from outlet to complete the drying process.
 Main Features(1) Hot air from bottom-up and top-down crosses through material, increasing the contact area between the hot air and the material, improving drying speed.
(2) At the bottom of the inner cavity fully welded with rounded corners, so there will be no unorganized airflow with the outside world in working condition, ensuring convenient cleaning and no water inside the equipment and the cleanliness of each drying items.
(3) It is equipped with mandatory dehumidification device , most hot air are recycled to save energy, part of the hot and humid air is discharged from chamber to ensure product quality.
(4) Adopting fully enclosed structure, in addition to de-humidity duct, it has no outer duct, ensuring that material is not contaminated, improving the thermal efficiency and working conditions.
(5) Adopting unique internal air supply device, can not only improve the relative velocity of material and hot air, improve drying speed, and also guarantee uniform drying.
Application
