product description: WKS series of ultra-fine grinding unit composed of the host, auxiliary, electronic control box, with wind selection, no screen, no mesh, uniform size, fineness of stepless adjustment.The production process is continuous. No temperature rise during grinding operation, suitable for a variety of heat-sensitive materials, particularly suitable for grinding fibrous material and material with a certain grease. The machine has crushed host, cyclone separator, pulse dust box induced draft fan and other components. Material from the hopper into the crushing chamber, through the high-speed rotating hammer crushing, crushing fineness adjustable grading knife and grading plate distance to achieve the required fineness, crushed good material by centrifugal force and induced draft fan into the Cyclone, then, through the off fan discharge, dust into the pulse dust box, filtered through the filter cartridge recycling. The machine according to "GMP" standard design, the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, grinding process without dust flying.
